Automatic Tank Lines

Ardrox Automatic FPI tank lines are utilised in applications from machined airframe components to aircraft engine fan blades. The work envelope is varied according to variety and size of component array to be inspected. Processing can be by dip or electrostatic application.

Full data logging in accordance with NADCAP requirements is
facilitated by the automatic control system which also ensures repeatability of critical parameters from batch to batch. The reduced manual involvement in the processing of parts enables a greater
efficiency of application.

Carbon filtration systems for the effluent treatment of penetrant rinse waters are typically provided as part of a turnkey project on large automatic insulations.
